Return Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from kristanorris.com and wish to refund your order, full refund is available within 14 days of order. In this case, please email info.kristanorris@gmail.com with subject: Return. Please include the reason you are returning the item(s). At this time we will provide you with a return shipping address. All shipping and costs incurred for returns are the responsibility of the customer.  Once we have received the item we will refund your payment within 5 business days.
